Location
South Yunderup located 15kms from Mandurah and less than 10 mins from Pinjarra. Acces to the freeway to Perth is just 5 minutes drive away and is between 55min -1hr drive to Perth.
The current owner drives to the Mandurah train station(15 minutes) and catches the train to central Perth about 50 minutes journey.
South Yunderup is a small family friendly community with a good local amenities The’ Canal shop’ is a 3 minute walk from the house, great Fish and Chips!! also good for basic needs shopping, newspapers and is the local post office. Sandy cove about 1.2kms walk has a Tavern/restaurant and off license, Deli, hairdressers, Chinese take away/restaurant, Pharmacy etc , the area provides great outdoor leisure for cyclists and walkers.
The canals and river are all within walking distance and are great for fishing crabbing boating kayaking.
The local South Yunderup recreation club has bowls and Tennis, great golf courses at Meadow Springs 7-8 minutes drive away and many others all within 30 minutes.
The area has many wineries, plus the Historic Ravenswood riverside pub, you can get there by boat from the property or 5 minutes drive away, good food live music etc , Mandurah has a Cinema, theatre great selection of pubs and restaurants and the new Mandurah Ocean Marina
